Senior Cloud Security Architect

As a Senior Cloud Security Architect, you will work on defining, assessing, and implementing security architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The role focuses on protecting critical data and services while supporting digital transformation initiatives across complex financial-sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud architecture patterns for Azure and multi-cloud environments.
• Define security standards for cloud and hybrid infrastructures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Assess threats and vulnerabilities related to cloud solutions, including Azure, SaaS, and on-premise integrations.
• Conduct compliance audits and recommend improvements to security posture.
• Support deployment of security mechanisms for Identity, Governance, and Infrastructure using Defender solutions.
• Collaborate on projects integrating on-premise systems with cloud services and provide risk-mitigation guidance.
• Analyze threat vectors and develop security recommendations for Azure Landing Zone and multi-cloud security stacks.
• Evaluate project risks and security gaps, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 2 years specializing in cloud environments.
• Practical experience in Azure cloud-security architecture and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-security standards, threat modeling, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations governing cloud security.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and documentation skills.
• Good command of Polish and professional English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AWS or GCP.
• CCSK, CCSP, or CompTIA Security/Cloud+ certification.
• Financial-sector experience.
