Regional AI Run Lead

We are looking for a Regional AI Run Lead who operates at the intersection of delivery leadership, commercial ownership and hands-on AI-native engineering. This is a senior, production-facing role for a leader who has personally shipped AI-native delivery, not one who has only advised on it. The successful candidate will be accountable for the measurable AI maturity of an entire geography while remaining directly engaged in client work, and will build a lean, embedded team that produces reusable assets consumed well beyond their own region.

Responsibilities

• Own regional AI maturity: map every delivery center's maturity level, assign local owners and cadences, and move teams toward advanced (L2/L3) AI-native delivery.
• Scale AI-native delivery activation across live accounts, including AI Factory and delivery-as-code practices; capture proven delivery patterns and feed them back into the broader framework.
• Drive commercial enablement by engaging early in RFPs and renewals; shape managed-output and fixed-fee commercial structures that improve margin, and push engagements away from time-and-materials wherever renewal, consolidation, or expansion allows.
• Build and deploy AI-native engineering capacity through structured enablement cohorts; champion the region's practitioner networks and grow a pipeline of AI Factory-ready senior talent.
• Bring AI maturity and transformation credibility into the client conversations where regional deals are decided, supporting client transformation efforts directly.
• Continuously harvest reusable assets, accelerators, and delivery patterns from regional projects and land them in the global AI-native delivery framework, ensuring proven approaches do not stay siloed within one location.
• Lead and develop a lean, cross-location core team (target 4–5 people) including AI-native solution architects, senior AI-native practitioners embedded in accounts, and small engineering squads delivering lighthouse projects.
• Track and report against outcome metrics: regional maturity score and movement, signed AI-native/managed-output SOWs, volume of trained AI-native talent, measurable client revenue and margin impact, and reusable assets adopted by other regions.

Requirements

• Senior delivery or engineering leadership experience, with a demonstrable hands-on track record of shipping AI-native work—not solely advisory or strategy experience.
• Comfortable owning a number and a P&L-adjacent commercial outcome, not just running a team.
• Practical experience with modern AI-assisted engineering tools and agentic delivery approaches, gained through direct use rather than secondhand exposure.
• Experience shaping commercial structures for large engagements, including SOWs, RFPs, managed-output or outcome-based models, and negotiating scope with senior client stakeholders.
• Track record of building or scaling delivery accelerators, reusable assets, or engineering platforms across teams.
• Experience operating across regions, delivery centers, large accounts, or large-scale delivery programs.
• Strong bias toward harvesting and sharing knowledge across teams and geographies rather than keeping proven approaches local.
• Credibility sufficient to make maturity judgments that influence client decisions directly.
