Project Manager

Period: 1 October 2026–1 March 2027

Scope: 100%

On-site: Stockholm, 4 days per week

Target rate: 700 SEK/h

Competence level: Mid-level

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the project, from ideation to optimization, with accountability for delivered business and customer value.
• Set the project mission and OKRs; translate them into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog; and communicate them to key stakeholders.
• Lead and build a technical cross-functional engineering team with a business-value mindset, working with other project teams to execute and deliver value.
• Identify opportunities to improve IAM strategy, policies and processes.
• Coach organizational members on IAM best practices.
• Identify and address IAM issues.
• Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration across project teams.
• Define MVPs, manage backlog priorities and strategically de-scope work to achieve rapid feedback cycles.

• Experience leading technology-development teams with many dependencies.
• Experience leading geographically distributed technical teams building custom development solutions.

IAM knowledge and experience

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IAM best practices.
• Document IAM processes and procedures.
• Report on IAM system activity.
• Good understanding of directory services, including Active Directory, Azure AD, B2B/B2C, Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Azure AD Identity Governance.
• Knowledge of IAM/PAM solutions such as SailPoint, One Identity, Saviynt and CyberArk.

Project management experience

• Project roadmap development and management.
• Project mission and OKR creation.
• Jira experience.
