Description

We are looking for a Lead Agentic AI Engineer to build and integrate next-generation AI-driven capabilities that let agents take real-world action through location intelligence. You will work hands-on across modern agentic patterns, implementing how agents interact with tools, integrating data sources, and enabling reliable execution through structured interfaces.

This role is highly execution-focused and experimental, requiring rapid iteration, strong engineering fundamentals, and comfort across multiple technologies.

Main responsibilities

  • System development and integration: Design and implement the logic that enables AI-driven workflows. Integrate multiple data providers and services into unified execution flows, bridging backend systems, models, and user-facing interaction layers.
  • Agentic patterns and tooling: Implement and experiment with interaction patterns that let agents act through structured tool interfaces and APIs. Build reusable components for tool handling and execution.
  • Rapid experimentation: Prototype, test, and iterate quickly on new approaches. Evaluate trade-offs between performance, cost, and reliability.
  • Interaction and sessions: Support reference clients and interaction flows, and implement session handling and context management where needed.

Who are you?

  • Strong hands-on experience in Rust, TypeScript, and Python (multiple preferred).
  • Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and service integration.
  • Comfortable experimenting with modern AI frameworks and tools, and building systems where LLMs act through structured tool interfaces.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to move quickly from idea to working implementation.
  • Solid understanding of system design and data flow.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
