Senior SAP FICO Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant to play a vital role in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance and Controlling modules for clients, with a particular focus on Fixed Assets. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of financial processes and deliver impactful, compliant financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
• Configure and customize SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Internal Orders.
• Support implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of SAP FICO modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO system issues to ensure continuous operations.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control frameworks.
• Provide comprehensive training sessions for end users.
• Prepare and maintain clear, detailed documentation for configurations and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of SAP FICO consultant experience, with a focus on Asset Accounting and Taxes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and integration.
• Experience with the SAP S/4HANA platform.
• Understanding of financial processes, IFRS, and local accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience on European projects.
• Experience with ABAP debugging.
• Experience with FIORI applications.
• SAP FICO certification.
