Senior AI/ML Solution Engineer (AI Agentic Security Testing)

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI/ML Solution Engineer with expertise in AI Agentic Security Testing to join the security team and support key R&D activities. This project aims to enhance software security testing across the product ecosystem, ensuring the highest standards of protection for customer data.

The Senior AI/ML Solution Engineer will develop and implement AI-agentic solutions that support security testing and vulnerability management, collaborating closely with the security team to proactively identify and mitigate software vulnerabilities through advanced, AI-driven agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent systems, tool-use frameworks, and orchestration layers to drive autonomous security testing workflows.
• Develop robust, large-scale security testing frameworks and evaluation pipelines.
• Perform LLM fine-tuning using LoRA, QLoRA, or similar techniques, specifically optimized for security domains.
• Generate and manage large-scale datasets tailored for automated security testing.
• Conduct security testing to identify risks and vulnerabilities in software applications using AI-agentic security testing solutions.
• Provide guidance and share best practices on AI-driven secure testing methodologies with the internal security team.
• Track the latest AI-specific security vulnerabilities and threats, proactively recommending mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the development, standardization, and scaling of automated security testing methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Solution Engineer or Security Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and Rust.
• Proficiency in Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
• Background in Vulnerability Management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Security Testing Methodologies.
• Familiarity with Security Testing Tools.
