About the role

As a SAP Developer with expertise in AI, you will work on projects and proprietary SAP Add-ons while developing your skills through hands-on experience and online SAP courses. You will join a team of 30 developers and testers focused on delivering value to clients.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Work with new technologies, including cloud and AI solutions
• Collaborate on the design, development, and implementation of proprietary SAP Add-ons and HCM solutions used by thousands of people at large European companies
• Incorporate AI features into products
• Design and develop client functionalities and extensions
• Participate in SAP solution implementations for customers across technology scenarios, mainly cloud and also on-premise, including architecture, technical specifications, and implementation
• Build SAP development and extension expertise through projects and SAP online courses

What do you have to offer?

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical/IT department, a software manufacturer's development or maintenance department, or implementation projects as a programmer, technical consultant, architect, or integration specialist
• Very good knowledge of at least one programming language, demonstrated through project experience and/or certification
• Experience developing applications and cloud solutions based on REST APIs
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries
• English at B2/C1 level
• Completion of 2–3 full-cycle projects
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team
• Interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction

The following are advantages

• Knowledge of SAP technologies and programming languages: ABAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, Java, JavaScript, and the Eclipse environment
• Familiarity with HR business processes, particularly SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors
• Understanding of AI principles, including transformers, embeddings, vector databases, and graph databases
• Experience designing narrow AI models, including architecture selection, data preparation, and training
• Knowledge of ML libraries: PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and LangGraph
• Practical knowledge of Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot, including autonomous AI agents and AI-assisted development and testing
• Experience designing and optimizing prompts and agent behaviors for reliability and cost efficiency
