Regional AI Run Lead

Responsibilities

• Own regional AI maturity by mapping delivery-center maturity, assigning local owners and cadences, and moving teams toward advanced (L2/L3) AI-native delivery.
• Scale AI-native delivery activation across live accounts, including AI Factory and delivery-as-code practices; capture proven patterns and feed them into the broader framework.
• Drive commercial enablement through early RFP and renewal engagement; shape managed-output and fixed-fee structures that improve margin and shift suitable engagements away from time-and-materials.
• Build AI-native engineering capacity through structured enablement cohorts, practitioner networks, and a pipeline of AI Factory-ready senior talent.
• Support client transformation efforts directly in regional deal conversations.
• Harvest reusable assets, accelerators and delivery patterns from regional projects, ensuring they are adopted in the global AI-native delivery framework.
• Lead and develop a lean, cross-location core team of 4–5 people, including AI-native solution architects, senior practitioners embedded in accounts, and small engineering squads delivering lighthouse projects.
• Track outcome metrics including regional maturity movement, signed AI-native/managed-output SOWs, trained talent volume, client revenue and margin impact, and reuse of assets by other regions.

Requirements

• Senior delivery or engineering leadership experience with a demonstrable, hands-on record of shipping AI-native work rather than solely advisory or strategy experience.
• Comfort owning a number and a P&L-adjacent commercial outcome.
• Practical, direct experience with modern AI-assisted engineering tools and agentic delivery approaches.
• Experience shaping commercial structures for large engagements, including SOWs, RFPs, managed-output or outcome-based models, and negotiating scope with senior client stakeholders.
• Track record of building or scaling delivery accelerators, reusable assets or engineering platforms across teams.
• Experience operating across regions, delivery centers, large accounts or large-scale delivery programs.
• Strong bias toward harvesting and sharing knowledge across teams and geographies.
• Credibility to make maturity judgments that directly influence client decisions.
