Regional AI Run Lead

Responsibilities

• Own regional AI maturity: map every delivery center's maturity level, assign local owners and cadences, and move teams toward advanced (L2/L3) AI-native delivery.
• Scale AI-native delivery activation across live accounts, including AI Factory and delivery-as-code practices; capture proven delivery patterns and feed them back into the broader framework.
• Drive commercial enablement by engaging early in RFPs and renewals; shape managed-output and fixed-fee commercial structures that improve margin, and move engagements away from time-and-materials where renewal, consolidation, or expansion allows.
• Build and deploy AI-native engineering capacity through structured enablement cohorts; champion regional practitioner networks and grow a pipeline of AI Factory-ready senior talent.
• Bring AI maturity and transformation credibility into client conversations where regional deals are decided, supporting client transformation efforts directly.
• Continuously harvest reusable assets, accelerators, and delivery patterns from regional projects and incorporate them into the global AI-native delivery framework.
• Lead and develop a lean, cross-location core team of 4–5 people, including AI-native solution architects, senior AI-native practitioners embedded in accounts, and small engineering squads delivering lighthouse projects.
• Track and report outcome metrics: regional maturity score and movement, signed AI-native/managed-output SOWs, volume of trained AI-native talent, measurable client revenue and margin impact, and reusable assets adopted by other regions.

Requirements

• Senior delivery or engineering leadership experience with a demonstrable, hands-on track record of shipping AI-native work; advisory or strategy experience alone is insufficient.
• Comfortable owning a number and a P&L-adjacent commercial outcome.
• Practical, direct experience with modern AI-assisted engineering tools and agentic delivery approaches.
• Experience shaping commercial structures for large engagements, including SOWs, RFPs, managed-output, or outcome-based models, and negotiating scope with senior client stakeholders.
• Track record of building or scaling delivery accelerators, reusable assets, or engineering platforms across teams.
• Experience operating across regions, delivery centers, large accounts, or large-scale delivery programs.
• Strong bias toward harvesting and sharing knowledge across teams and geographies.
• Credibility to make maturity judgments that directly influence client decisions.
