  • Write robust audit logging that captures agent decisions and reasoning and connects to the existing monitoring stack.
  • Maintain high code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, with a minimum of 80% unit-test coverage.

  • Support knowledge transfer to the operations team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend engineering experience, including clean, modular, and asynchronous code development.
  • Proficiency in AI-agent workflow development, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-based parsing of raw configurations or code.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and extending Kubernetes-native CI/CD tools.
  • Proven delivery of rigorously tested code with strong unit and integration test coverage.
  • Ability to build secure, robust integrations between disparate tools, microservices, and databases.
  • Skills in Python, Go, or Java.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD and GitOps tools, including ArgoCD, Tekton, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, and YAML.
  • Understanding of observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
  • Competency with testing tools such as PyTest, Go Test, or JUnit.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience developing in highly secure, air-gapped, or Sovereign Cloud environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting live pipeline deployments and working directly with platform engineering teams.

We offer

  • Hybrid work model and the opportunity to work remotely within Poland.
  • Opportunity to work abroad for up to 60 days annually.
  • Business-driven relocation opportunities.
  • Career development programs, thought leadership, mentoring, soft-skills and well-being programs.

  • Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15% discount.
  • Benefits package including health insurance, multisport, and shopping vouchers.
  • Referral bonuses up to $2,000.
  • Offices with entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis, football, snacks, and coffee.
  • Corporate, social, and well-being events.
