Description

A multi-site and multi-specialty primary care practice is seeking an Executive Director of Physician Practices. The organization currently has 3 sites and 30 providers and plans to expand to 4 sites and 50 providers over the next couple of years. The role requires extensive experience growing multi-site and multi-specialty practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree, and CPPM certification. The selected candidate will receive a generous base salary, annual bonus potential, and benefits package.

The opportunity is close to hiking, biking, skiing, and other outdoor activities, and is 45 minutes from Boston.
