Full Stack .NET Developer

ClearLync provides consulting services and software solutions to insurance companies throughout the United States while also developing innovative proprietary applications. We are seeking an ambitious and talented Full Stack .NET Developer with strong front and back-end expertise to join our growing team. 

This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys working across the full technology stack, designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications. The successful candidate will contribute to both customer-facing solutions and internally developed software products.

On-Call Support Requirement:

This position includes participation in an on-call rotation every other week until 22:00 CEST to support production environments. During assigned on-call periods, candidates must be available to respond to management communications and assist with resolving critical production issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of professional experience developing applications using .NET (C#).

• 3+ years of front-end development experience with strong knowledge of:

  • JavaScript

  • HTML5

  • CSS3

  • React and/or Angular

• Strong SQL and database development experience.

• Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting mobile applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new applications and features.

• Maintain, enhance, and support existing applications and services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.

• Participate in application architecture, technical design, and code reviews.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across front-end, back-end, and database layers.

• Support production environments and participate in the on-call rotation.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including performance optimization and process enhancements.
