About the job
We're looking for a Python developer with hands-on iGaming experience to join our team implementing slot game math and logic on our Remote Gaming Server. This is a long-term opportunity to work on games played by real players in highly regulated markets.
What you'll do

• Implement and fine-tune slot game math models and paytables

• Build and maintain game logic in Python

• Work closely with math/game designers to bring RTP and volatility targets to life

• Test, validate, and simulate game math for compliance and fairness

What we expect from you

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering

• 2+ years of experience with Python

• 2+ years of experience in the iGaming / slots market

• 1+ years of experience in slots math implementation

• Good command of English (B2+)

Bonus points

• Experience with RTP simulation and volatility analysis

• Familiarity with regulated markets (UK, US, Canada, etc.)

• Contributions to open-source or personal Python projects
