Zakres zadań
- Tworzenie standardów: definiowanie wzorców architektonicznych w obszarach Observability, CI/CD, GitOps oraz Kubernetes.
- Wsparcie zespołów: pomoc i consulting dla zespołów deweloperskich przy trudnych wyzwaniach technologicznych, wydajnościowych i integracyjnych.
- Proaktywny wkład: udział w projektowaniu rozwiązań o wysokiej dostępności i skalowalności od strony technicznej i biznesowej.
- Quality & Practices: promowanie dobrych praktyk pisania kodu (Python/Go), testowania (TDD), Code Review oraz optymalizacji procesów z wykorzystaniem narzędzi AI.

- Core & Code: Python, Golang (znajomość lub chęć nauki), Linux.
- Observability Standard: Prometheus, Thanos / Prometheus Operator, ELK.

Oczekujemy od Ciebie
- Minimum 8 lat doświadczenia komercyjnego w budowaniu wydajnych systemów rozproszonych i znajomość wyzwań architektonicznych.
- Bardzo dobra znajomość Pythona lub Golanga oraz wysokie standardy czystego kodu.
- Zrozumienie Kubernetes z perspektywy aplikacji oraz umiejętność debugowania skomplikowanych problemów na K8s.
- Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu standardów CI/CD, GitOps oraz Observability (Prometheus/Thanos).
- Umiejętność dzielenia się wiedzą, prowadzenia dyskusji merytorycznych i wspierania innych inżynierów.
- Wykształcenie wyższe (informatyka/pokrewne) oraz komunikatywny język angielski.
- Gotowość do pracy hybrydowej (minimum 3 dni w tygodniu z biura w Warszawie).
