You will join a strategic project linked to security and border-control activities, developing a new generation of systems for real-time incident reporting and information dissemination. The solution will implement requirements set out in a recently adopted European Commission regulation. Tasks • Design and implement solutions based on micro-frontend architecture. • Participate in transforming monolithic applications into microservices- and micro-frontends-based architectures. • Analyse, optimise, and improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability. • Apply Security by Design best practices from the design phase. • Collaborate with business analysts to define and validate functional requirements. • Work closely with backend and frontend teams to ensure integrated, consistent solutions. • Produce high-quality technical documentation. • Carry out code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards. • Support the analysis and design of user interfaces (UI/UX). Nature of tasks: eDelivery Development: Contribute to the development of eDelivery products (Domibus, DomiSMP, DomiSML, eDelivery Conformance Testing Platform) in coordination with Technical Architect(s). Backend Development & Testing: Develop and maintain services, write clean, functional, maintainable code, troubleshoot problems, write unit/integration tests, and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline. Distributed Architecture: Design distributed transaction patterns, handle idempotency, duplicate detection, reliable message delivery (at-least-once / exactly-once), eventual consistency, and compensating transactions. Security & APIs: Implement authentication/authorization flows, mTLS, secrets management, HSM integration, threat modeling, and versioned REST/SOAP APIs with enforced contracts (OpenAPI, WSDL).
