Pearce is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support our Renewables division's finance leader and executives. This role will focus on regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis to drive financial and operational performance, efficiency, and cost management, particularly in evaluating labor. The successful candidate will contribute to weekly and monthly reporting packages, develop reports, and conduct ad hoc analyses to provide critical insights into the business's operational and financial performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner in forecasting and budgeting, conducting insightful analyses to deepen business understanding. Own key components of the financial forecast and ensure consistency in approach and reporting across business units.
  • Work with the Finance team to perform margin and variance analyses, uncover insights to drive process improvements, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Act as a proactive team player and independent thinker, capable of delivering results with minimal guidance while asking thoughtful, business-savvy questions.
  • Combine data and reporting systems and help facilitate sharing best practices across the organization.

Core Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis with a demonstrated history of career progression.
  • Financial analysis and modeling for organizations and/or departments over $2M.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis of labor P&L across various service lines to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities and to identify the correct total rewards program.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Insights and NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems into actionable process steps.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including nested and pivot tables.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior and executive-level management.
