The impact you'll have

As General Manager, you will lead property operations, financial performance, team engagement, and guest experience. The role requires a hands-on leadership style, operational expertise, and the ability to manage fast-paced day-to-day activities while driving accountability and innovation.

You will report directly to the applicable Area Manager and support operational consistency, financial success, and exceptional service standards across the property.

This role requires flexible scheduling, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in multi-family real estate or similar environment
  • 1+ years of multi-department leadership experience in the multi-family industry
