As a Senior Backend Developer – Java and Node.js Platforms , you will be working for our client, a leading international bank. You’ll contribute to designing, building, and maintaining cutting-edge internal tooling that supports the bank’s Future State Architecture across CTO Platforms. Your work will enable seamless integration of data, workflows, and autonomous AI agents, helping redefine technology governance at scale and driving digital transformation. Your main responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain reliable internal tooling supporting Future State Architecture (FSA) with a focus on security, resilience, and usability. Build backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Java, integrating with PostgreSQL and other enterprise data sources. Develop web UI components utilizing modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks to deliver intuitive user workflows. Apply agentic engineering practices to orchestrate autonomous AI agents for building, testing, and deploying software.
