Obowiązki

Na tym stanowisku będziesz odpowiadać za rozwój i utrzymanie rozwiązań opartych o SharePoint oraz wspierać zespół w podejmowaniu decyzji technicznych. Do Twoich zadań będzie należało m.in.:

  • projektowanie i rozwój aplikacji oraz rozwiązań SharePoint,

  • analiza wymagań biznesowych i przekładanie ich na rozwiązania techniczne,

  • proponowanie optymalnych rozwiązań architektonicznych,

  • dbanie o wydajność, bezpieczeństwo i jakość rozwijanego oprogramowania,

  • udział w planowaniu prac oraz estymacji zadań,

  • tworzenie dokumentacji technicznej,

  • definiowanie dobrych praktyk i standardów programistycznych,

  • udział w testach, wdrożeniach i procesach release management,

  • przygotowywanie prototypów oraz wsparcie procesu testowania,

  • monitorowanie jakości rozwiązań i analiza metryk,

  • wsparcie techniczne na 2. i 3. linii,

  • mentoring i wsparcie mniej doświadczonych programistów oraz techniczne prowadzenie zespołu.

Wymagania

  • minimum 4 lata doświadczenia zawodowego w obszarze IT,

  • co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia jako SharePoint Developer lub na podobnym stanowisku,

  • praktyczna znajomość pełnego cyklu życia projektu (SDLC),

  • doświadczenie w pracy w metodyce Scrum.
