Description
Propel Autism is looking for passionate, results-oriented clinicians to provide transformative care for children with Autism. This center-based Clinical Supervisor role offers collaboration with highly skilled clinicians in an environment focused on continuous development, clinical excellence, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct skills and behavior assessments to understand clients
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
- Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
- Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates
- Review session notes and client data to monitor progress and ensure treatment fidelity
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
- Empower parents and caregivers through parent training
- Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours
