Join Propel Autism as a Clinical Supervisor. This role focuses on delivering transformative, evidence-based care for children with Autism in a collaborative and development-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct skills and behavior assessments
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
  • Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
  • Supervise and support RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates
  • Review session notes and data to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
  • Provide parent training to support client goals and achievements
  • Meet or exceed 27.5 weekly billable treatment hours

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Applicable license to practice within Georgia
  • 1+ years of experience as a BCBA
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
