Responsibilities Build and develop core product features with scalability and developer experience in mind Contribute to architecture and technical decisions Improve performance, reliability, and existing solutions Collaborate closely with product and cross-functional teams Requirements 7+ years of experience as a software engineer Strong full-stack development experience and system design skills Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions Comfortable working in a startup environment Fluent Polish and English Nice to have: experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
