You’ll serve as a strategic talent advisor on the ground — identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate brings deep technical recruiting expertise, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, greenfield environment where hiring velocity directly determines production timelines.
What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Recruit for Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Controls & Automation, Quality, Industrial, and Software/Systems Engineering roles
- Recruit for Program and Project Management positions across the site
- Conduct technical and behavioral assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for both active and passive talent
Strategic Talent Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives, workforce plans, and hiring priorities
- Lead intake meetings and provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscapes
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process and influence decisions through data-driven insights
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical positions
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and targeted sourcing campaigns
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, professional associations, and industry events
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach through onboarding
- Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and closing
- Maintain regular communication with hiring leaders on pipeline health and hiring risks
Recruiting Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems
- Track time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance rates
- Support workforce planning and hiring forecast initiatives
What We Need to See
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical and engineering recruiting
- Recruiting experience in engineering, manufacturing, energy, industrial, automotive, or technology sectors
- Proven success sourcing and hiring passive technical talent
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and engineering disciplines
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior business leaders
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
