Role Overview

The Test Tool Developer/Integrator is a hands-on services engineer within the TIAT team, responsible for the development, integration, debugging, and deployment of test automation solutions (HW and SW) used to validate product features and systems.

The role requires close collaboration with Client TIAT teams worldwide and regular interaction with Validation, System Test, System Integration Test, and Quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review test automation requirements provided by project test teams
  • Design and develop automation solutions following Client standard architectures
  • HW procurement, inventory control, and shipment coordination
  • HW and SW integration of test benches and setups
  • Effort and cost estimation for automation development
  • Creation and maintenance of automation coverage timing plans
  • Continuous status reporting to stakeholders and escalation when needed
  • Ensure quality, validation, documentation, and SVN backup of solutions
  • Support development, deployment, and maintenance of test benches in Troy and customer locations
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Environmental, Customer, and Regulatory requirements
