We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to take ownership of ensuring the quality of end-to-end processes in our projects. If the testing pyramid concept is the foundation of your work, you can read system logs like an open book, and you can smoothly bridge the worlds of Web, API, and Mobile – we want to meet you!

What will you be responsible for?

  • Automating tests for End-to-End processes (both Frontend + Backend),

  • Designing and automating API tests,

  • Analyzing system logs, identifying bugs, and conducting root-cause analysis,

  • Reviewing project documentation and creating high-quality test scenarios based on it,

  • Supporting and handling User Acceptance Testing (UAT),

  • Collaborating closely with the development team and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

What do we expect from you? (Must-have):

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in test automation,

  • Practical knowledge of Playwright (Java or TypeScript) OR Selenium Webdriver (Java) along with Appium,

  • Proven experience in testing all three areas: web applications, APIs, and mobile apps,

  • Strong understanding and ability to test according to the testing pyramid concept,

  • Proficiency in system log analysis and interpretation,

  • Basic knowledge of SQL,

  • Experience working in agile development teams (Agile/Scrum).

(4 remote days/week) As a Senior QA Automation Engineer , you will be working for our client, building reliable software through end-to-end test coverage—spanning REST/SOAP APIs, E2E flows, contract validation, and CI/CD automation. You’ll strengthen test frameworks, improve quality metrics, and help deliver stable releases faster through proactive defect diagnosis and clear, actionable reporting. Your main responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for APIs (REST/SOAP) and E2E (Playwright + TypeScript). Create test scenarios and backend + end-to-end flow test cases using a risk-based approach. Validate API contracts, including error scenarios, to ensure correct behavior across integrations. Develop and refactor test frameworks in Java and TypeScript, keeping them maintainable and scalable.
