Develop internal systems as part of the R&D team.
Support the team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior members.
Design IT solutions and prepare documentation.

About the requirements
At least 4 years of commercial experience as a software developer, preferably in Java.
Hands-on insurance domain experience.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
Solid understanding of software engineering concepts.
Good command of English language at least B2/C1 level.
Good command of French or German language at least B2 level.
Willingness to learn new technologies and work with them.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Experience with web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS, Spring, or similar.
Ability to work in the European Union.
