About the Role

  • Implement Guidewire Insurance Suite solutions for international clients.
  • Implement and configure Guidewire modules: Claim Center, Policy Center, Billing Center.
  • Implement integrations between Guidewire and external systems.
  • Depending on experience, implement, design, test or provide technical leadership on projects.
  • Work directly with clients on the DACH market as part of an agile project team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of commercial experience as a software developer (Gosu or Java preferred, with readiness to learn new technology).
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
  • Fluency in German and English (B2/C1 level at least).
  • Solid understanding of software engineering concepts.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Availability to work full-time.
  • Ability to work in the European Union.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to learn quickly in a supportive yet challenging environment.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and solutions.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Knowledge of Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS, Spring, or similar experience.
