Project

We are currently looking for a Test Manager to join a global transformation project for a leading international organization in the HR services and talent solutions sector, operating across dozens of countries.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the UAT testing stream, including preparing local test scenarios aligned with global standards, coordinating testing activities across teams, and ensuring smooth execution. You will monitor progress, report status, manage risks and escalations, and oversee defect tracking, acting as the main point of contact between local stakeholders and global teams.

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including UAT involvement
• Proven experience in a Test Lead / Test Manager / UAT Coordinator role
• Strong knowledge of UAT processes and test lifecycle management
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders
• Hands-on experience in test planning, coordination, reporting, and risk management
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail or similar)
• Experience working with HR or enterprise systems (e.g. Workday, SAP HR / SuccessFactors or similar platforms)
• Ability to coordinate distributed teams and work in a global, matrix environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

Project context

The team has been building a Time Tracking system since 2019, a complex tool for registering and settling the working time of full-time and temporary employees under different legal and organizational conditions, supporting onboarding processes, and integrating with the employee portal and mobile app.

The system is an enterprise-class solution built with modern technologies such as Java and AWS cloud. It supports business-critical operations and processes working time for tens of thousands of employees every month.
