Senior C++ Developer (C++ & Basic Python)

For the project carried out with a partner, we are looking for a Senior C++ Developer (C++ & Basic Python).

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing software for real robotic systems solving real operational problems
• Creating efficient, scalable, and maintainable software architectures
• Developing control logic and algorithms used by robotic platforms
• Implementing integrations between robotic systems and external applications
• Optimizing performance and reliability of software running on physical devices
• Troubleshooting and analyzing issues in production environments
• Supporting testing and validation of solutions both in simulation and on real robotic hardware
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Participating in architectural discussions and technical decision-making

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong C++ programming expertise
• Experience designing complex, layered software systems
• Experience developing production-grade software applications
• Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts
• Very good English and Polish
• Willingness to learn and develop Python programming skills as part of the project
