Massive Scale: Design, build, and optimize systems that handle thousands of requests per minute. This is high-availability, high-performance engineering in practice.

Complex Challenges: Solve distributed systems, data streaming, and algorithmic optimization problems powering a real-time marketplace.

End-to-End ML Systems: Build infrastructure for serving ML models, using BigQuery and Apache Spark for offline processing, and integrate them with microservices to power a personalized advertising system.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Develop backend services in Kotlin or Java
• Participate in greenfield projects
• Ensure high-quality code and engage in code reviews
• Collaborate with Machine Learning teams
• Use AI coding assistants to improve efficiency
• Continuously improve technical knowledge
• Communicate effectively in English (B2 minimum)
