Complex Challenges

You will solve complex backend problems related to distributed systems, data streaming, and algorithmic optimization in a massive, real-time marketplace.

The team owns product catalog quality — names, descriptions, and processes that maintain correctness at scale. We build AI-driven pipelines (including LLM-based evaluation and generation) and run A/B experiments to validate when catalog data can replace merchant-provided content.

Work is done in a cross-functional setup with backend engineers, a product manager, data analysts, and quality specialists.

• Flexible working hours in a hybrid (4/1) model

Requirements

• Proficiency in Kotlin or Java
• English at minimum B2 level
• Polish at minimum B2 level
• Ability to design effective solutions based on user requirements
• Willingness to participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Proactive and collaborative mindset
