The role

We are hiring senior full-stack engineers to own the engineering judgement behind our product. Our SDLC is heavily AI-enabled, and you will often receive working prototypes that must be validated, hardened, and prepared for production. You are accountable for correctness, performance, security, and maintainability once features are live.

This is not a role where AI replaces engineering thinking. AI accelerates delivery; you act as the guardrail, ensuring solutions meet enterprise-grade standards.

What you'll do

Turn AI-generated prototypes into production-ready solutions by validating logic, identifying edge cases, and improving performance.
Own features in production: ship, monitor, and fix bugs end-to-end.
Review AI-generated output to real engineering standards.
Develop across the stack using Python (REST APIs, data modelling, integrations) and React + TypeScript.
Ensure security, data integrity, performance, and high-quality user experience.
Raise the engineering bar through reviews, mentorship, and improving AI-assisted workflows.

How we work

Our development process is strongly AI-enhanced. AI creates much of the first draft, but engineers make the decisions, catch issues, and remain accountable for what ships. We primarily use Claude Code with additional skills and guidelines.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience building and shipping production software as a full-stack engineer.
Strong Python skills (Django or similar mature Python framework).
Strong React and TypeScript skills.
Ability to detect logic flaws, N+1 queries, missing edge cases, and scalability risks.
Experience with relational data modelling and clean REST API design.
Ownership mindset and accountability for production systems.
Sound judgement on trade-offs and correctness.
Openness to an AI-enabled SDLC and ability to direct and verify AI output.
Clear communication in English.

Nice to have

Experience in B2B / enterprise SaaS, especially security, compliance, or data-heavy products.
Experience with embedded analytics, data warehousing, or BI tooling.
Experience leading AI initiatives that improved team velocity.
