Hours: Day, evening, and weekend opportunities available

Early Intervention services operate 365 days a year and can be flexibly scheduled.
Preschool services follow the school calendar.

Compensation

  • EI Compensation: $64–$70/hour
  • Preschool Compensation: $60/hour

Rates are determined by service provided, professional experience, and license/certifications held. The role may be full-time or fee-for-service (FFS) depending on current caseload and may vary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized lessons targeting IFSP/IEP goals
  • Develop creative, multi-sensory lessons and report progress
  • Collect data and report quarterly on IEP/IFSP goals
  • Communicate with supervisors and multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate attendance and submit electronic billing daily
  • Attend professional development trainings
  • Maintain professionalism with families and professionals
  • Attend IEP/IFSP meetings

CPSE Evaluation Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations in clinic, home, and preschool settings
  • Write detailed evaluation reports
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and evaluation team
  • Develop functional goals based on student needs

Qualifications

  • NYS Students with Disabilities B-Grade 2 Certification
  • Minimum 1 year experience supporting children and families preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment
  • Team-oriented and flexible mindset
