Manage the schedule, supervision, and evaluation of designated team members. Review team attendance entries and billing. Work collaboratively with recruitment, marketing, business management, and coordination teams. Supervise RBT or BCBA/LBA candidates, as needed. Oversee Special Educators and Related Service Providers (TVI, TDHH, Reading Specialists) in schools, homes, and community settings. Attend and present Professional Development Trainings, as required. About You: Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Conduct self in accordance with company policies and procedures. Demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize work, remain flexible, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Background: NYS Driver's License and Proof of Insurance Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or Educational/Health/Human Services BCBA Certification required Minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with special needs, ages 5 through 21 in a school setting Minimum of 2 years of experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians Bilingual is a plus
