We are looking for a Senior UX Engineer to co-lead the internal design system, ShadCN-based UI libraries, and UI standards for a leading global financial institution.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role bridging the gap between Figma architecture and production-ready React/TypeScript code across a massive, data-dense enterprise ecosystem.

🔹 The Role & Focus Areas

  • Design System Engineering (35%): Maintaining ShadCN UI asset libraries and translating Figma patterns into production-ready React/TypeScript components.

  • UX Governance (25%): Setting firmwide standards for tokens, variants, interaction states, layouts, and Figma libraries.

  • Product Enablement (20%): Partnering with application teams to review workflows and improve UI consistency and usability.

  • DevEx & Docs (20%): Writing clean documentation, building examples, and running code reviews to raise the front-end quality bar.

  • 8+ years in front-end, UX engineering, or design-system engineering.

  • Figma Architecture: Heavy experience managing large, comprehensive Figma design systems (tokens, variants, governance).
