The scope of your role:

  • As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will take part in the process of designing, developing, and improving internal platform capabilities used across modern financial systems.

  • You will develop and improve CI/CD processes, deployment standards, and observability solutions used in AWS cloud environments.

  • You will have an impact on our engineering practices by partnering with development teams and helping them build and operate solutions in a more efficient, reliable, and production-ready way.

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in platform engineering, DevOps engineer, SRE, or similar roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and delivery automation.

  • Practical experience with CI/CD scripting.

  • Solid experience with observability and production monitoring.

  • Experience with OpenTelemetry or similar observability tooling.

  • Experience with deployment and release strategies in production environments.

  • Willingness and interest to collaborate and work in a team.

  • Poland as country of residence and Polish citizenship or EU country citizenship

Preferred qualifications:
