Senior Test Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineers (mid/senior) to join a newly established team at our client – a global industrial automation company developing the next generation of industrial I/O modules.

Key responsibilities

  • Designing and executing test scenarios for embedded firmware used in industrial I/O modules

  • Verifying system functionality and communication between embedded devices

  • Analyzing network traffic and troubleshooting communication issues

  • Developing and maintaining automated test scripts in Python

  • Collaborating with firmware and hardware engineers throughout the product development lifecycle

Ideal candidate profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in embedded systems testing

  • Experience testing embedded firmware

  • Good understanding of networking concepts and network traffic analysis

  • Basic programming skills in Python

  • Familiarity with Ladder is a plus

  • Experience with industrial communication protocols, such as CIP, is a plus

  • Experience working with Linux or other embedded environments

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (daily communication with international teams)
