We are looking for a SharePoint & Power Platform Operations Specialist who will ensure stable, compliant, and well-governed daily operations of our SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments. In this role, you will work closely with IT and business stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert and supporting both platform lifecycle and operational processes. You will help shape a secure, efficient, and scalable collaboration ecosystem used across Demant globally.

What tasks are waiting for you?

 

  • Maintain and support SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, lifecycle processes, and information architecture

  • Operate and monitor Power Platform environments, including apps, flows, data connections, gateways, and DLP policies

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and operational issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform services

  • Ensure consistent platform performance, capacity utilization, and compliance with operational standards

  • Implement and enforce governance rules related to security, retention, data protection, and auditing

  • Maintain configuration documentation, operational runbooks, and administrative procedures

  • Support compliance reviews, risk assessments, and alignment with internal policies

  • Manage platform updates, change requests, and feature rollouts

  • Oversee lifecycle processes for sites, apps, flows, environments, and connectors

  • Provide 2nd- and 3rd‑level support to business users and IT teams

  • Guide citizen developers in safe, governed usage of SharePoint Online and Power Platform

  • Identify opportunities for automation, monitoring improvements, and operational optimization

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on platform evolution and business needs
