Your Mission: We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer responsible for ensuring the stability, correctness, and compliance of a complex fintech platform handling sensitive financial and identity-related data.
Scope of services:
Analyzing business and functional requirements and translating them into test scenarios
Designing, executing, and maintaining manual test cases and test plans
Validating investor onboarding and identity verification flows
Testing KYC/AML workflows and compliance-related functionalities
Verifying role-based access control and authorization mechanisms
Validating audit logging, traceability, and regulatory reporting features
Performing API and integration testing across multiple systems and providers
Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects throughout the SDLC
Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and investigate issues
Participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities
Supporting regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
Here’s the set we are required:
Commercial experience as a Manual QA Engineer
Experience testing web applications and backend-driven systems
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
Experience creating and maintaining test cases and test documentation
Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger or similar tools)
Ability to analyze logs and investigate system behavior
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Good communication skills in cross-functional teams
