Fullstack Developer

• Introduction & Summary:

  We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in Angular and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining internal products utilized for forecasting and managing demands in offshore wind operations. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a team, contributing to product improvements and ensuring user satisfaction.

• Main Responsibilities:

  As a Senior Software Engineer, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering quality increments through collaboration with the development team and stakeholders.

  • Understanding and connecting business needs with user requirements and frontend implementations.

  • Actively participating in Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinements.

  • Conducting code reviews to ensure high coding standards and provide constructive feedback.

  • Identifying and advocating for improvements in the codebase and product functionality.

  • Collaborating with UX designers to refine user experience based on usability testing.

• Key Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in design and development using Angular and .NET technologies.

  • Proficient in managing deployments via Microsoft and Azure pipelines.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with a comprehensive understanding of the development lifecycle.

  • Creativity and drive for product improvement.

  • Proficient in .NET Core, C#, and clean code principles.

• Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Familiarity with UX design principles.

  • Experience in usability testing.
