We are looking for a Junior Product Analyst to join our Consumer Inspirations domain, specifically focusing on the Deals Area. What You'll Do:

  • Drive Product Growth: Provide robust, actionable research and recommendations at every stage of the product development cycle to identify growth and optimization opportunities.

  • Master Experimentation: Design and perform A/B experiments to optimize the "Deals Area" and personalize user offers using ML algorithms.

  • Scale Internationally: Support the analytical introduction of the Deals Area to allegro.hu.

  • Support Major Events: Provide analytical backing for the year's largest trade events, including Smart! Week, Black Week, and Christmas campaigns.

  • Own the Data Layer: Define and design analytical events and data architecture for product datasets, including feeding the ADI tool with semantic layers.

  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with product teams to translate complex data into meaningful insights that influence how our products are developed.

We are looking for people with:

  • Analytical Mindset: Knowledge of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics methods to solve business problems.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery for data querying and transformation, with a focus on creating replicable analyses (code versioning).

  • Experimentation Skills: Experience with or a strong understanding of experimental design and interpreting A/B test results.

  • Product Intuition: Ability to refine product questions and generate hypotheses based on a deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends.

  • Technical/UX Awareness: Basic understanding of design principles and technical challenges to support the product development process effectively.
