Behov for bistand Bevaringsstrategien for kulturhistorisk verdifulle kirkebygg peker på digital saksflyt for den nyopprettede enheten Kirkebevaringsfondet som et prioritert område. Bevaringsstrategien for kulturhistorisk verdifulle kirkebygg sier: Det bør i løpet av oppstartsåret igangsettes et arbeid med å utrede en digital systemutvikling som understøtter den planlagte saksflyten og bidrar til at prosjektprioritering, eieroppfølging, økonomioppfølging og rapportering går så effektivt som mulig. Systemet bør også sikre at kunnskap og prosjektinformasjon blir gjort tilgjengelig og delbart på en hensiktsmessig måte. <….> Saksflytsystemet skal bygge på allerede eksisterende systemer. Riksantikvaren (RA), Hovedorganisasjonen KA (KA) og Kirkerådet (KR) har et samarbeidsprosjekt hvor alle tre virksomhetene er representert. Alle virksomheten stiller med ressurser til prosjektet. Prosjektleder vil ha ansvar for å planlegge, lede og gjennomføre prosjektet og levere de avtalte leveransene innenfor rammer og begrensninger som er definert av prosjekteier. Prosjektet skal implementere løsninger kartlagt gjennom et forprosjekt som ble gjennomført i 2025. Prosjektet har allerede kommet så langt at det er delt inn i tre delprosjekter, og løsningen er påbegynt. Oppgaven til prosjektleder vil derfor være å fullføre prosjektet. Viktig leveranser vil være: Bygge en saksflyt i eksisterende saksbehandlingssystem hos Riksantikvaren Riksantikvaren har allerede et saksbehandlingssystem som er en hyllevare man konfigurerer søknad- og saksbehandlings-prosessen i. Reseptformidleren er navet i e-resept verdikjeden og håndterte 35 millioner resepter i 2025. Pasientens legemiddelliste (PLL) skal bidra til trygg legemiddelbruk, dette er også informasjon som håndteres i reseptformidleren. Vi har mange oppgaver og har derfor behov for ekstra kapasitet til design og utvikling. Hos oss har vi ikke spesifikke roller som for eksempel arkitekt eller security champion. Vi forventer at alle utviklere kan løse arkitektur oppgaver, utføre risikovurderinger og utvikle sikker kode som er lett å forvalte og drifte. All ny kode skal ha innebygde tester. Innleide må sette seg inn i NHN sin utviklingsmetodikk og arbeidsform og være lojal mot dette, samt bidra til å bygge en kultur der læring og kontinuerlig forbedring står i fokus. Aktuelle oppgaver er: Vi skal etablere en tjeneste for å dele anonyme rådata slik at helsesektoren kan utarbeide analyser om forskrivningspraksis og bruk av nasjonale tjenester knyttet til legemiddelbehandling. Kafka er sentralt for å lagre hendelser og dele dem mellom applikasjoner. Kubernetes er vår fremtidige plattform. Dagens e-reseptmeldinger er basert på xml, men vi utforsker andre muligheter med blant annet protobuf.
