Tricity office consolidation involving closure of one office building in Gdynia and relocation to 3 new office floors in Gdansk
Location: The person should be prepared to work onsite in the Gdynia and Gdansk offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan deinstallation of network devices from closing offices while ensuring business continuity for specific remaining teams
Support design of network infrastructure for 3 new floors in Gdansk
Determine number and capacity of technical rooms required for new floors
Coordinate with Network specialists on infrastructure build planning and execution
Oversee network infrastructure build and security infrastructure execution
Conduct site inspections and technical assessments of new locations
Manage network equipment relocation, server room setup, and coordination with Cyber Security teams and other stakeholders
Oversee operational readiness including CMDB updates, service catalog updates, and decommissioning of old equipment
Coordination of meeting room equipment, workplace technology, and printer fleet migration
Must-have knowledge and experience
Project Management:
• Minimum 5 years of technical project management experience
• Experience managing IT infrastructure migration projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects with tight contractual deadlines
Technical Infrastructure:
