Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce project delivery within the Galderma One initiative, ensuring alignment with the global product roadmap

  • Coordinate the work of development, QA, and business analysis teams

  • Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and milestones

  • Plan and oversee project schedules, delivery timelines, and resource coordination

  • Monitor progress of development, testing, and analysis activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards

  • Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, coordinating mitigation actions when needed

  • Provide regular project status updates and reports, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management within Salesforce environments

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams including developers, QA specialists, and business analysts

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to align business and technical teams

  • Experience in project planning, resource coordination, and delivery management

  • Ability to identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies in complex projects

  • Experience working in global or large-scale transformation programs is an advantage

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
