Your main responsibilities:

The Fintech area offers Allegro customers modern financial solutions that enable easy and safe shopping. This includes, among others, deferred payments, installment products, the Allegro Pay card, Allegro Klik payments, and Allegro Care insurance. Your main responsibilities:

  • You will work on the development of products and services in the Fintech area (both existing and new), in accordance with the adopted e2e roadmap (from the conceptual phase through implementation, maintenance, and further development)

  • You will be responsible for creating initiatives, introducing changes and improvements to existing products and processes, to increase the value of delivered services in the eyes of our customers

  • You will continuously analyze and identify changing customer needs in terms of product, process, UI, and UX

  • You will deliver new product elements through direct cooperation with stakeholders, development teams, data analysts, UX designers, researchers, and other product managers

  • You will manage maintenance and priorities within the product backlog

This is the right job for you if:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in the fintech industry, financial services, or consulting - experience in insurance and/or credit products will be an additional advantage

  • You have experience in designing and implementing products based on technology and data - essential requirement

  • You have experience working as a Product Manager/Product Owner/Consultant - essential requirement

  • You can design digital processes and functional requirements

  • You can look at a product through the customer's eyes and understand their needs

  • You know how to define analyses to create new products based on data and business recommendations
