Your main responsibilities:
You will be working on the development of selected categories i.e., Audio/Photo or SDA in a dynamic team and cross-functionally (contact with many internal departments within Allegro, from marketing to technology).
You will be responsible for the development and achievement of results of selected categories.
You will analyze the assortment and track online/offline trends to identify assortment gaps and category growth opportunities.
You will take responsibility for monitoring category performance in order to diagnose potential problems and propose solutions.
You will coordinate, from the category side, sales-supporting campaigns on the platform and co-create the annual event and activations calendar.
You will be responsible for developing cooperation with key brands to improve their results on Allegro.
You will lead projects in the business-technology area.
This is the right job for you if:
You have at least 3 years of experience in a position related to category management, product development on marketplace/e-commerce platforms, or experience as a Key Account Manager.
You know the specifics of the industry they are responsible for: solutions, manufacturers, brands, B2C and B2B specifics, and sales channels.
You understand the mechanisms of how online business, e-commerce works.
You have highly developed analytical skills and base their decisions on data.
