About the role

The Reinsurance Digital Products are seeking a PMO Officer to support and properly maintain project documentation across the sub-tower. We are part of the Business Technology tower, whose purpose is to accelerate innovation and digitalisation globally across the group. Within the sub tower, we are taking care of products that are directly related to business. You will work with topics like: digital underwriting; advanced, based on AI search engine through documents; a platform that combines real-time data on payment behaviour, machine learning approaches, and expertise in risk management, IOT and more. You will also ensure standards are appropriately kept, and project/product tracking in books is properly set up.

How you will get the job done

  • supporting Project/Program Managers in tracking the statuses of program deliverables and milestones, controlling and reporting on the progress

  • outputting project status and other regular or on-demand reports, coordinating the regular project and program reporting cycle

  • implementing, coordinating, and improving project governance arrangements and communication

  • ensuring that project plans and project documentation are complete, delivered on time, and up to date

  • managing PPM Tool (our E2E project management instance)

  • performing project resource management-related tasks from onboarding to work effort reporting control

  • ensuring aligned processes are implemented, and project management is conducted in line with the organization’s standards

  • cooperating with numerous other departments and international colleagues on a common goal of excellent IT project delivery

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English (B2 minimum)

  • university degree or soon to graduate

  • open, communicative and proactive attitude

  • experience working with Agile – genuinely identifying with it

  • 2+ years of experience in the field of PMO or a comparable position where bringing order into chaos is necessary (preferred in IT-related environments)

  • advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • experience in the usage of SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, and PPM tools

  • strong analytical mindset with a focus on attention to detail

  • ability and drive to learn new expertise in a fast-paced environment
