Introduction & Summary:
The Data, Analytics, and AI Organization within the Digital Transformation Unit is seeking a skilled Senior Integration Architect to lead integration processes for a global data integration backbone. This platform connects applications for a uniform experience across customers and employees.

Main Responsibilities:
As a Senior Integration Architect, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Integration Planning and Design: Lead planning and design of integration processes to ensure effective system connectivity.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor engineers in implementing integration solutions.

  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with Squad Leads to align integration strategies with business objectives.

  • Technical Oversight: Ensure scalable, reliable integration solutions following IT architectural best practices.

  • Documentation and Standards: Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration standards and practices.

  • Intercultural Communication: Promote open communication among teams across diverse geographical locations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field.

  • Proficiency in IT Architecture & design, with specific experience in system integration.

  • Experience with NodeJS and AWS services including CloudWatch, Lambda, and more.

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Repos, and Linux command line tools.

  • Experience in GxP environments and in managing IT projects.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Agile Project Management techniques.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes.

  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
