About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Owner to join our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate product strategy into actionable backlog and deliver value incrementally.

  • Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria to enable development.

  • Own and continuously refine the product backlog to maximize delivered value.

 

Requirements:

·       Hands-on experience working with engineering teams on developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and release automation.

·       Experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog for technical/platform products, translating product strategy into executable increments.

·       Experience in large and complex organizational environments and communicating information to various stakeholders in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.

·       Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum), with practical experience in sprint and quarterly planning.

·       Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring effective backlog management, documentation, and cross-team alignment.

·       Proven ability to define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs for technical product.

·       Experience in facilitating workshops, translating and deriving product requirements from technical concepts for different requirement groups.

·       Fluent English (spoken and written, at least B2 level).

 

Nice to Have:

·       Broad technical understanding of building and operating the following capabilities in the context of private data centre and public cloud hosting:

o   Container run-time platforms such as Kubernetes,

o   Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC),

o   CI / CD toolchain components,

o   Observability / Monitoring.
