We are seeking a motivated UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on UI to support a project of an AI chat application. This role requires exceptional skills in using Figma to transform verbal concepts into visual realities rapidly. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of creativity, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for design to contribute to a fast-paced project while collaborating closely with the lead designer and product team.

Main Responsibilities

• Translate verbal ideas and rough concepts into sketches, wireframes, flows, and UI explorations.

• Explore visual styles and UI directions in Figma.

• Create, clean up, and organize screens, flows, components, and variants.

• Maintain a structured and usable Figma file.

• Support the lead designer by taking delegated tasks and moving them forward independently.

• Follow discussions with developers and track design decisions, updates, and open questions.

• Proactively identify useful tasks when there is no explicit assignment.

Key Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma.

• Portfolio or clear evidence of previous UI/design work.

• Ability to sketch and visualize ideas quickly.

• Strong eye for UI, layout, visual hierarchy, spacing, and brand expression.

• Comfortable exploring and applying a brand visually.

• Proactive and able to work independently.

• Interest in AI, LLMs, GPT tools, and emerging AI product experience.

• Experience creating or maintaining components and design systems.

• Experience working with developers in fast-moving product teams.
